Are programs available for free preview?
Yes, we offer our programs on a 14-day FREE evaluation period. Programs may not be used for any type of staff training of orientation during the preview period.
Any program not received back within the 14-day period - WILL BE INVOICED - unless an extension has been granted.
Returns WILL NOT be accepted after the invoice has been processed
Should you decide to return the program, we require that you pay return shipping charges and, for your protection, the program must be returned via a traceable shipping method (i.e. UPS, Fed-Ex, certified mail). If the program is never received back and tracking information is not available, the facility may be held responsible for the full purchase price.

Is there a limit to the number of titles I can request on free preview?
We do not have a set limit on the number of titles sent on a free preview, however, you should only request as many titles as you can review within the preview period.

Can you ship a free preview to arrive by a specific date?
Previews are normally shipped via UPS ground. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Should you request shipment faster than UPS ground, we do require that you pay the shipping charges.

How do I return previews?

What if a preview is lost internally?
Once we confirm, via the tracking number, that the preview was received, we do have to bill for the full purchase price of the program. However, we do send another copy so that you have what is being paid for.

Can orders be shipped to my home address?
If we ship to your home address, you are accepting personal responsibility for the product and possibly the full purchase price. We require a credit card number to secure the order.

Do you accept purchase order numbers?
Yes, we accept purchase order numbers, however, we do not require them.

Do you accept credit card payments?
Yes. We are set up to process Visa and MasterCard.

What is your return policy on purchases?
Because we offer free previews, we do not have a return policy. However, if you change your purchase decision within 30 days of purchase, we will allow you to exchange the program in it's original condition for another program of equal value. You must return the item using a trackable shipping method and pay the return shipping charges.

Can we air the program on our intranet/closed-circuit TV system/digital-on-demand system?
Included FREE with every purchase are the rights to utilize the program on your in-house system, providing that the signal is received only at one physical location. Should other facilities in your healthcare system have the capability to receive the signal, each facility must obtain a site license from Envision, Inc. Each additional license is available at a discount.
If you must make a copy of the program to use on your system, you may purchase a copy without Macrovision copy protection.

Once we purchase the program can we duplicate the video to have an archive copy or to use in different units at our facility?
No. All of our programs are encoded with Macrovision, a copy protection mechanism. Copyright law strictly prohibits duplication of the program and support materials for any reason, unless written permission is granted by Envision, Inc.
Fortunately we offer substantial discounts for multiple copy purchases.

Once we have purchased a program can we share it with another hospital in our healthcare system, or in our community?
Sorry. Each physical location must purchase their own copy of the program. However, we do offer substantial discounts to healthcare systems for multiple purchases.

How do I order internationally?
We do require a credit card number or payment to be received before shipping internationally.
