Charges for Shipping and Handling are $15 for the first item ordered, $3 for each additional item ordered, with a maximum of $21. Orders placed inside the Continental United States are shipped within one to two days via prepaid UPS Ground Service. Allow 3 to 5 business days for UPS depending upon your location.

We do require a credit card number or payment to be received before shipping internationally.
Once we confirm, via the tracking number, that the program was received, we do have to bill for the full purchase price of the program. However, we do send a replacement copy so that you have what is being paid for.
Programs returned within 14 days of receipt will receive a full refund! Returns within 30 days will receive a full credit minus shipping & handling.
If the online preview is not available or is not convenient for you, we offer all our programs on a 14 day RISK FREE evaluation period with a full money-back guarentee. Programs may not be used for any type of staff training or orientation during the evaluation period. Any program not received back within the 14 day period will be considered a purchase and will be invoiced.
Should you decide to return the program, we require that you pay return shipping charges and, for your protection, the program must be returned via a traceable shipping method (i.e. UPS, Fed-Ex, certified mail). If the program is never received back and tracking information is not available, the facility may be held responsible for the full purchase price.
