Once we purchase the program can we duplicate the video to have an archive copy or to use in different units at our facility?
No. Copyright law strictly prohibits duplication of the program and support materials for any reason, unless written permission is granted by Envision, Inc. We do require a credit card number or payment to be received before shipping internationally.
Once we confirm, via the tracking number, that the program was received, we do have to bill for the full purchase price of the program. However, we do send a replacement copy so that you have what is being paid for.
